A colleague recently said to me that she was scared to make a mistake. I responded that if we don’t make mistakes, we also don’t learn. Then, I noticed a similar sentiment going through my own mind — agonizing over a decision due to fear of making a mistake. Fear and self-talk are often our own worst enemies.
